Schedule with Nissa Gustafson, LSW

Therapy with me is an exploration of the resources, tools, and strengths we bring to the table, working together to create a space that is both inquisitive and supportive. So often, our experiences and stories cannot be easily defined, spoken, or put to words, and that is okay – navigating that complexity is a part of our capacity to grow. Together, we will explore both what is challenging you and what goals you might have, meeting you where you are with presence, nuance, and respect for the experiences that shape us.

I found my way to therapy and counseling through navigating my own journey of seeking help and support, a path that was never linear and continues to hold its fair share of surprises. I bring over a decade of experience in harm reduction, grief support, and community-based care, experiences that have shaped my practice to be flexible, person-centered, and trauma-informed.
