I provide individual, couple, family, and group therapy to adults and older adolescents (ages 16+). My orientation to treatment is eclectic, which means that I work with clients by incorporating approaches and techniques from various orientations, and tailor them to the specific needs and belief system of each client. I believe that this way of practicing is most useful, because it allows each client to follow his or her unique therapeutic journey.
I particularly enjoy working with clients from diverse backgrounds. My areas of expertise include stress management, depression, relationship issues, low self-esteem, anxiety, cultural/race/identity concerns, grief and loss, and trauma.

Life can throw so much at you. It can feel sometimes like being human is so hard. Trying to keep up with all life demands of you, can leave you giving the world what little is left of you. Exhausted, anxious, weary, or down.. I believe there is a way to strengthen your sense of self, set realistic expectations and boundaries that value your needs, and bring yourself and your loved ones the best of you.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in PA. I believe in providing a non-judgmental space and personal connection to open up the opportunity for you to explore what’s causing strain in your life: grief, anxiety, depression, past trauma, or other challenges. I offer practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction.

Schedule with Jane Park, MA

I work with clients who are curious in finding out the How’s and Why’s that are within them. Curiosity leads to learning, and learning paves the way towards growth.
I honor the therapeutic space and time that is created and felt during sessions. I value your trust, vulnerability, and strength.
Asking for help can be one of the most difficult and scariest actions to accomplish, but you are already heading to the right direction by trying, and I am incredibly proud of you.

Schedule with Hannah Goor, LCSW

I have over a decade of experience providing therapy across a range of settings. I work with adults navigating anxiety, panic attacks, depression, and life transitions, and I provide affirming care to LGBTQ+ individuals. Many of the clients I work with feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves or others, and are seeking both relief and deeper understanding. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can slow down, feel heard, and begin to make meaningful changes at a pace that feels right for you. Starting therapy can feel like a big step and I would be honored to support you in this process.

Schedule with Jessica Zuniga, LCSW

You may have reached a point in life when your way to manage tough times and uncomfortable feelings just isn’t working anymore. Maybe you’re finding yourself doing things, or stuck in negative thought patterns, that you just don’t want to be doing or thinking anymore, or that you thought you had already dealt with and moved past. Or maybe you’re finding yourself in a stage of life when things are feeling harder than ever, and you need support.
With mindfulness, warmth, and hopefully a little humor, we’ll work as a team to untangle the suffering you’re experiencing from your daily life. I’ve been a therapist for about 15 years. I pull from my own lived experience as well as training in evidence-based techniques like CT and DBT that have been shown to bring results.

Schedule with Elijah Jackson, LCSW

My clients can expect compassion, cultural competence, and more than just one form of therapeutic support or intervention. My background in therapy, combined with my person-centered approach to wellness, drives my work in helping clients understand, process, reconnect, and ultimately heal from the wounds life has brought them. I am committed to creating a safe and supportive space where people who may feel overlooked or undervalued can gain confidence, self-love, resilience, and skills to enhance their quality of life. My clients value humor, collaboration, patience, and accountability as the foundation for our relationship.
