I have over 15 years of experience helping individuals navigate the messy, meaningful, and often painful parts of being human. My approach is direct, grounded in humor and authenticity, and centered on building connections that foster growth and change. I believe in meeting people exactly where they are with honesty, respect, and with a non-judgmental stance. Therapy is collaborative; we’ll laugh, sit with discomfort, get curious, do the work that healing requires, and help you reconnect with the parts of yourself that desire nurturance. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker here in Pennsylvania.

Psychotherapy, to me, lives at the intersection of art and science: part evidence-based practice, part intuitive connection. I have trained extensively in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Prolonged Exposure, CBT, and EMDR. I specialize in working with individuals who feel stuck, misunderstood, or who haven’t found success with traditional therapy.
My clients are often navigating trauma, anxiety, and the weight of strained relationships. I don’t shy away from the complexities of suffering as I hold the belief that healing is our birthright. Using a holistic, solution-focused lens, I work to understand the whole person and collaborate to build practical, sustainable strategies for healing and growth.
